Buttwelding
WhiteLine SmartLine 2.0
The hydraulic unit also doubles as the cen- tral control unit of the machine with which the user performs all relevant settings steps. The front panel features a GT keypad to adjust the temperature of the heating ele- ment and the extra-large and conveniently readable pressure gauge.
All HÜRNER manually Hydraulic butt- welding machines can easily be upgraded with the HÜRNER data logger SPG 2.0 for welding parameter viewing, monitoring, and recording.
As a consequence the model version “Manual + SPG” of the butt-welding machine complies with mains gas distribu- tors’ specification requirements, which state that data recording and report generation is mandatory, but do not require automatic welding processes.
The machine chassis is set on a specifically developed support frame exhibiting a warp resistance that manages with ease even the most extreme pipe parameters. Operators can be sure that the machine chassis does not tilt or twist even when very long lengths of pipe with very thick walls are processed.
The facing tool with integrated micro-safety switch is driven by a high-quality power drive engaged by a transmission chain. The precision PTFE-coated heating element ships with a very rugged anti-stick coating.
A carrying rack is provided for the heating element and the facing tool, to store them with no worries about the heat.
Maximum protection of the machine, while it is stowed away, is provided (up
to O.D. 355) by an optionally available, high-quality transport box that has been specifically designed for the entire machine assembly, with drawer-style storage com- partments for the reducer inserts.
For all machines a welding neck support is of course available, too.

WhiteLine Manual Hydraulic
The Manual Hydraulic Series of butt-welding machines in the WhiteLine generation makes a statement by its superior manufacturing quality and its scalability in the form of an easy upgrade to a data logging-enabled machine with the installation of an SPG 2.0 data logger for welding report logging.
The machine ships with a hydraulic unit that features, as a unique characteristic, a totally integrated enclosure that also is a splash and dirt shield for all components on the inside. The front panel controls, too, are included in the ingress protection according to the IP 54 rating (where IP 64 is possible upon request).
All connections, including an additional power socket free to use for the operator’s convenience, are located at the back of the controller. Both the facing tool and the heating element are also connected at the back panel of the hydraulic controller. Therefore, no additional power distribution unit is needed.
INDUSTRY VERSION:
Optionally, the machine chassis (250, 315, 355, 500, 630) are also available in an industry set-up with a modified 3rd clamp for clamping fittings with a short connecting stub.*)
*) Retrofit kit for converting existing systems to industry version available upon request!

WhiteLine WeldControl 2.0
The handling of a WeldControl machine is simply unique and it enables an approach to welding no other system is able to offer. Either the operator makes use of the assistance of the interactively responding hydraulic and control unit. Or the manual mode is selected to make the joint “by hand”.
In the WeldControl mode the system walks the operator through the process after the pipe parameters were entered or confirmed. This includes monitoring the operator’s inputs and recording the entire process. WeldControl machines do not only provide presets, though; they facilitate the work, e. g., by reducing the pressure automatically when the automode was enabled. Welding reports have all data required by ISO traceability.
In the Manual mode the display screen works as a digital gauge. It displays the welding pressures and heating element temperatures and is a one-stop provider of all data.

WhiteLine CNC ECO 2.0
The HÜRNER CNC ECO 2.0 is a high-quality and durable, next-generation CN-controlled plastic pipe butt-welding machine that has been developed in compliance, as applicable, with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended as well as the ISO standard 12176-1 and the DVS standard 2207-1. The design of the machine is such that with 12 basic machine chassis models, pipes from O.D. 40 through 1600 mm can be jointed
The welding machines ship with a fully encased CNC hydraulic and control box of ingress protection IP 54 managing pressures of up to 220 bar. Both the anti-stick-coated heating element and the facing tool are hooked up along with the machine chassis to the hydraulic and control unit. No additional power distribution is needed.

ELECTROFUSION
WhiteLine HST 300 2.0
With Report Logging
The WhiteLine welders cover all areas of application in electrofustion welding of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes with heater coil fittings. There is no challenge for which you will not find a welder of the series able to take it on successfully.
Wherever applicable, HÜRNER's all-purpose electrofusion welders have been developed in line with the requirements of the most recent version of the ISO standard 12176-2:2000, the DVS standard 2201-1, and the WEEE directive, with Reg. No. DE 74849106.
Whether it is jointing in the safety-sensitive area of gas networks, including accurate recording of geographic data, jointing components with very small diameters (e. g., geothermal or sanitary fitting applications) or very large diameters (e. g., wastewater applications)—the welders will always make a statement by their unyielding reliability that builds on more than 40 years of developing and manufacturing experience.
The lighthouse products, HST 300 Pricon 2.0 and HST 300 Print+ 2.0, have an extremely intuitive data download menu enabling also transfer via Bluetooth, which allows downloading all welding and traceability data or a finely tuned selection of them, as an abstract or extended report in the PDF format, as a label tag printed with the optional printer, or as well in the DataWork format for processing on a PC.

Sanitary Applications
HÜRNER’s all-purpose electrofusion welders for heater-coil fittings offer expertly and convenient jointing with PE fittings for electrofusion sized 16 - 315 mm in wastewater and roof draining applications.
Controlled by a microcontroller, the next-generation welder HÜRNER HST-S-315 2.0 enables temperature compensation by welding duration and features input and output voltage monitoring. It thereby is the convenient choice for power supply from a generator on a worksite, too.
The welding process is monitored for its full duration, and relevant information is displayed on the seven-segment screen.
The welder ships equipped with connection adapters A00, A01, A02, A03, A04, and A0P (Waviduo 200 - 315 mm).
The delivery also includes a manual scraper for professional pipe preparation before welding.
With its compact dimensions and the long power supply and welding cables, the welder has an extremely large working radius and can therefore be used for those pipelines that are hard to reach.
